Why isnt he cleaning himself??

my kitty did that too!!! I took baby wipes, and they have to be wet, and wipe him myself. You don't actually have to touch it, but it will help him stay clean, and he'll actually learn from you doing it, that he needs to do it by himself. The momma cats usually do that,and if the momma cat is not around, it may take him a little bit to get the hang of things by himself. Good luck!!
