Error report?

Everytime I close my internet page an error report always comes up no matter what. I double click the internrt icon and then the page pops up, i can do whatever i want with no problem but everythime i press the "X" on on the top right to close it an error report or somthing always pops up, it says "Internet Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvienience.............If you were in the middle of something, the information you were working on might be lost.............For more information, click here" and then theres 3 options , Send Error Report , Close, and Debug. Ive tried disabling error reports but then the same thing pops up and then the options are Debug and Close and when I press either of them the page is just blank and stays like that for a good min or so which is so annoying. Help whats the problem and what should I do?
