Does anyone no of a dentist that works on ?

ok heres my question i have a real bad gagging problem,i havent been to the dentist in 10 years and my teeth are shot,i have very few left what i was wondering is there any dentist in the detroit michigan area willing to work on sombody that needs to be put out to work on,i mean asleep,because that is how bad gagging problem is,what i want is to have a simple smile front teeth uppers and lowers they are there but are chiped or broken thanks frowning in michigan. also dentures are very much out of the question would make me gagg real bad could keep them in my mouth.
