If it was bright red, maybe a concern. But it sounds like implantation bleeding. If you already had 3 positive tests....no need to wait a few days to take more tests. Call your OB/GYNE tomorrow morning to schedule your first appt. When making the appt, do tell them about the "discharge"....they will be able to give you a better answer....and what to do next, maybe they will ask you to come in earlier, they might even do an u/s on your first visit. Congrats!!
