I need some one who speaks yugoslavian to translate mariska piska.?

my grandpa has dementia and keeps saying this to my grandma and no one knows what it means. we have tried to translate it but i have no clue how to spell it but my best guess is mariska piska (mar-eesh-kah peesh-kah)if anyone at all could help that would be great it means a lot to us. thank you!
