I need Maths to get into University, but i'm struggling on it. What do i do?

I live in UK and i'm currently studying for my level 2 in Numeracy, which is equivalent to a "C" in GCSE. Although my only problem is i seem to struggle on getting it and it's really f**king frustrating because it takes me longer, and everyone else it getting there's before me. My tutor said to me that have i ever been tested for dyslexia which i haven't, but now i'm starting to think i may have Mathematical dyslexia. Please, any advice? I really want to go University next year and i can't go unless i have my Maths at "C" or equivalent. I feel so stuck at the moment and i really need to p my numeracy ASAP! so i can apply to Uni.
