Yes, and you forgot to mention that the Sudan offered Clinton, Bin Laden on at least 2 separate occasions and Clinton refused to take him. Not to mention CIA operations had 2 more chances to take Bin Laden out, and Bill refused to pull the trigger for fear of colateral damage. In reality, Clinton dropped the ball on 9/11 as well, and the infiltration and training took place in the US under Clinton. The separation of information sharing by the CIA and FBI prevented us from catching them. This of course was put in place by Clinton to protect himself from the Whitewater investigation. And yet, the liberals blame Bush and say, Clinton was the best President ever. Just wow.
