Siberian Husky...weird?

The one that is playing with her food bowl is just having fun -- much the way a cat toys with a mouse. The other pup does not want to be left alone. As for the stairs, some dogs are afraid of open steps. If these are closed steps, then the pup may not want to be carried. Coax the dog slowly with a treat, and teach it that the stairs are OK. A dog that is being carried sometimes feels insecure by the motion of being carried, that is why he is wrapping his paws around U for security.
