Is this a fair fantasy football trade?

Well, not sure exactly what you're looking for, but if I was the commish, I would not veto it. Seems pretty obvious that Team A is trying to get something for Manning and could use some help at RB. Also obvious Team B could use a stud QB and has plenty of WR to deal. So it appears fair to me. Looks like it helps both teams.
