I used to get these emails about how to housebreak a dog, help stop barking,etc. It was a downloadable program

I used to get these almost every day. Well of course I ignored them but now I would like to purchase it. The program was well endorsed. It isn't Cesar Milan or anything like that. Does anyone have a clue what I'm talking about? The guy acted like he was doing this out of his home but I cannot remember what the website's name was. We are about to adopt a sheltie and I would like to know how to house break the little guy without using a crate. Thanks for any help!
