I have some Gender confusion, xdressing behavior and strong Feminization fantasies that are very pleasurable but cause a lot of guilt, confusion and shame......Should I give in and act out on these fantasies and go see a dominatrix who will feminize me and treat me like a girl OR should I continue to resist these fantasies ??
