How to find a job, tried absolutely everything?

I am 26, ill be 27 in 4 months. Ive been looking for ANY job since May without any luck. I found a temp job a month ago and now im without a job again. Theres about 10 job search websites I visit, company websites and general random walk-in applications. I have been in school since 2005 and the last real job ive had was in 2007 during the summer. Now that school didnt go as planned im stuck with no degree and 3 years out of work, but its not like i sat down for 3 years doing absoutely nothing. I mean ive applied everywhere imaginable, for even the most basic jobs which require no expierence. Its almost like im a convicted felon or a drug user. 9 months is a long time for a job search and I have no idea what else to do.
