Does he like me or notttt?

okay so i really like this guy a lot. hes always doing things that make me like him(and make me think he likes me too) like.. give me high fives and then hold on to my hand when i put my hand up to his everytime i see him in the hallways..he always offers to help me study for this cl that im awful at (and hes really good at it).. he waits for me outside of my homeroom to walk to first period.. and all of this other random stuff :) so yesterday when we were walking to cl he goes "kelsey(pause)...." and i was like yeah!why? and he goes ".......(pause again)...... okay..just making sure..." it seemed like he was gonna say something else.. i dont really know. im so confused:( does it seem like he likes me? or does that question mean anything?
