Does anyone know where people buy Topshop factory seconds / end of season items that they sell on ebay?

I'm wanting to buy a bulk of Topshop seconds but am not entirely sure where to get it from- There are loads of people selling multiple items on ebay at cheap prices that maybe have a on mission or are just end of line. Does anyone know if these wholesalers are online? If not, I live in the North Yorkshire area. Many thanks in advance :-)
