Advice/Tips Ladies and Gents!!!?? Please help!?

Ok so I have a really big crush on a guy who works at the rent place of where I rent my apartment. I don't know if he's single, but every time he sees me he gives me the biggest smile and it's not the friendly smile either. Anyway, what are some good tips to get closer to him. What should I say or do that I can take to him more. Ideas? Please ladies (or men) help me out? I don't want to let this p.Help me out!!
