Get more pitchers on your bench. You won't be playing your bench hitters much (you have a starting lineup for that). Drop Joe Nathan now, same with George Sherrill (his only use is holds, which is a very rare setting in leagues). Your outfield scares me. It's full of inconsistent players and needs some big upgrading. Same with your starting pitchers. I'm thinking you can trade one of your first basemen for an outfielder and a starting pitcher.
